Olan Smith

Mr. Olan Neal Smith, age 72, of Boaz, died Thursday, July 29, 2021, at his residence.

Funeral service will be Two o’clock p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Tony Holcomb officiating. Interment will follow in the Pineview Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Smith was born in Alabama on August 23, 1948, to Larue Overton & Anna Belle Browning Smith. He was a truck driver for Mitchell Grocery.

He is survived by his wife: Mary Smith of Boaz, Son: Jere-my of Boaz, Grandson: Lamar Junior, Brother: Danny Smith of Boaz, Sisters: Martha Stephens of Tennessee, Shelia Smith of Albertville.

Pallbearers will be Terry Frasier, Tim Frasier, Zach Frasier, Chris Smith, Josh Smith, Jeffery Smith.
