Dorothy Jones

Dorothy Nell Jones, age 69, of Boaz, Alabama died October 31, 2019 at Marshall Medical Center South.

Service will be held at Two o’clock p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. George Ray Garner, Jr. and Bro. Keith Black officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jones was born in Mississippi on October 19, 1950 to Graydon & Lillian Tackett Estes. She was a retired seamstress with H. D. Lee and Arrow Manufacturing.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her Sons & Daughters-in-law: Bruce & Barbara Jones of Mt. Hebron, Mark & Lori Jones of Horton and Randall Jones of Mt. Hebron, Daughter: Pam Williams of Albertville, Grandchildren: Zach & Shannon Jones, Amber & Jake Ford, Ben & Stephanie McClendon, Jordan McClendon, Kimberly & Brett Self, Matthew & Kendall Jones, Natalie Jones, Dalton & Britney Jones, Reid Jones, Joshua & Bailey Williams, Tyler & Ashton Williams, Hannah Williams, Great Grandchildren: Jakah Ford, Rainbow Jones, Camreigh Jones, Harper Williams & Waylon Shane Jones, Brothers: Jimmy Estes of Guntersville, Dennis Estes of Anniston and Donald Estes of Boaz, Sister: Joyce Estes of Altoona. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Rev. Lonnie Jones, Parents: Gaydon & Lillian Estes, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister.

Pallbearers will be Zach Jones, Jake Ford, Matthew Jones, Brett Self, Tyler Williams, Dalton Jones, Reid Jones, Jordan McClendon.
