Wilma Yancey McCormick, 89, of Boaz, Alabama died on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Wilma is survived by her daughters Geraldine & Leon Gladden of Southside, and Rejannia & Charles Carnes of Boaz; grandchildren Lee & Sharon Gladden of Helena, Chad & Dana Gladden of Hartselle, and Matthew & Amber Carnes of Boaz; great-grandchildren Grayson Gladden, Maddie Grace & Anna Claire Gladden, and Elizabeth Ann & Zoe Carnes; and chosen family Alice & Christy Gladden, Dawn Crosson, and Sue Stevens.
Wilma joined her husband Roy McCormick and daughter Dorothy Quarles in death.
Funeral service will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 pm prior to the service on Friday.
