Mr. William Donald Spates, Age: 79 of Martin Road, Boaz died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011 in Shepherd's Cove.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at McRae Chapel with Bro. Keith Dodd and Bro. Chris Cornutt officiating, interment following in Hillcrest Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz, is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Spates is survived by his Wife: Mildred Spates of Boaz Son & Daughter-in-law: David & Marguerite Spates of Georgia, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Deborah & Gary Deas of Dothan, Susan & David Duvall of Boaz and Teresa & Lyle Stone of Madison, 5 Grandchildren, Sister: Jimmie Ruth Gamble of Georgia.
