Mr. William Fred Smith, 84, of Boaz, Alabama died Sunday, March 26, 2017 at hi residence.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Aaron Johnson and Bro. Keith Dodd officiating. Interment is to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Smith was born in Marshall County; Alabama on September 24, 1932 to H. Baker & Lula Jane Teal Smith He was retired from Goodyear Tire.
Mr. Smith is survived by his Wife: Glenda Sue Smith of Boaz, Brother: Tommy & Helen Smith of Boaz, Sister: Mary McCormick of Sardis, Special Nephew: Steve Smith and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews: Delynn Baugh, Steve Smith, Jason Smith, Justin Smith, Skylar Baugh, and Matt Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Gideon Ray Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church Boaz.
