Sherwin Wigley

Mr. Sherwin Gaines Wigley age 72, of Horton, Alabama, died on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at one o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Elder Kenneth Watts officiating. Interment will follow in the New Clear Creek Cemetery. A visitation will be on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Wigley was born in Alabama on February 19, 1953, Victor H.F. & Mildred Wigley. He was a retired postal worker.

Mr. Wigley is survived by Son: Clint & Dani Wigley of Orange Beach, Grandchildren: Brianne Wigley and Tyler Wigley, Brothers: Gary & Jada Lynn Wigley of Douglas and Wayne & Gladys Wigley of Jacksonville, Sister: Carla & Dalmus Davidson of Georgia. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Victor & Mildred Wigley.

The pallbearers will be Clint Wigley, Tyler Wigley, Chris Wigley, Dale Brothers, Tim Brothers, and Brian Butler.
