Mrs. Sarah Stuart Calvert, 78 of Horseshoe Creek Road, Boaz, died Tuesday, Jan, 15, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center.
Service will be 2 o'clock p.m., Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 at McRae Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Dr. Bill Wilks will be officiating.McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charges of the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Calvert is survived by her: Husband: Rev. Robert "Bob" Calvert of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Barton & Karen Calvert of South Carolina and Adam & Mandy Calvert of Birmingham, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Julie & Darryl Sockwell of California, Grandchildren: Savannah Calvert, Jonathan Hyndman, Sarah Sockwell, Taylor Sockwell, Jon Michael Sockwell, Jon Parker Calvert and Sam Calvert.
PALLBEARERS will be David Gunter, Ted Mullins, Marty Lively, Johnny Whisenant, Jerry Rhodes and Ron Garmon
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the following: Christian Women's Corp, WMU Foundation or Shocco Springs Baptist Assembly.
