Mrs. Sandy Smith, age 67, of Boaz, Alabama died on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Riverview Regional Medical Center.

A Funeral service will be held at two o’clock pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the McRae Chapel with Sloan Limbaugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 12:00pm – 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith was born in Georgia on December 16, 1958, to Bobby & Carolyn Moore Wilson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her Daughters & Son-in-Law: Carrie Smith of Boaz, Krystal & Chris Johnson of Asbury. Grandchildren: Gavin & Ryleigh Johnson, Garrett Johnson, Gunner Johnson, Addi Smith. Great Grandchild: Colsen Johnson. Sister & Brother-in-Law: Candy & Mark Smith of Boaz. Sister-in-Law: Choe Wilson of Boaz. Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Mark & Jerri Smith of Boaz, Barry & Anita Smith of Boaz.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her Parents: Bobby & Carolyn Wilson. Husband: Randall Smith. Brother: Danny Wilson. Sister: Connie Mitchell.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Smith, Bobby Wilson, Jeremy Brooks, Austin Smith, Joey Smith, Sloan Limbaugh.
