Ruth Mullinax

Mrs. Ruth Underwood Mullinax, age 84, of County Road 203, Boaz, Alabama died January 9, 2021 at Diversicare of Boaz.

Service will be Monday, January 11, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the McRae Chapel with Dustin Brock officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 12:00 pm until service time at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Mullinax was born on April 12, 1936 to Kirby & Buna Hiett Underwood. She was a retired supervisor with the Crossville MFG Company. She is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-Law: Lamar & Pam Mullinax of Crossville, Daughter: Connie Gaskin of Albertville, 6 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Marion Underwood of Albertville. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Johnny “Sonny” Mullinax, Son: Hank Shannon Mullinax, Son-in-Law: Doyce Gaskin and Sisters: Jean Tidmore and Alvie Bagwell.

Pallbearers will be Jude Fann, John Mullinax, Kane McCreless, Chris Talley, Jeremy Simms and Bobby Fann.
