Mr. Shirey was born in Florida on July 7, 1963, to A.C. & Dortha Cash Shirey

Mr. Shirey is survived by his Brothers: Randall Shirey of Boaz, Terry Shirey of Florida. Sisters: Monica Lathberry of Boaz, Carole Landry of Florida, Patsy Battles of Glencoe.
