Roger Morton
November 11, 1945 — January 16, 2017
Roger "Chick" Morton, 71, of Basil Lane, Boaz, Alabama died Monday, January 16, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Memorial service will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Brandon Bruce officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until the time of service.
Mr. Morton is survived by his wife Pam Morton; son & daughter-in-law Craig & Kristie Morton; daughters & sons-in-law Amanda & Corey Owen and Kimberly & Tim Wynn; sister Flonell "Flo" Burkholder; grandchildren Trey Morton and Marshall Owen; sister-in-law Solidea Morton; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Morton is preceded in death by his parents Verbon Lee & Carrie Lee Morton; brothers Bobby Morton & James "Jim" Morton; and brother-in-law Coyle Burkholder.
Family requests no flowers and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
