Robert Norwood

Mr.  Robert T. Norwood, age 81, of Cherokee Street, Boaz, Alabama died on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the Marshall Medical Center South.

A private family graveside service will be held in the Hillcrest Cemetery with Bro. Riley Young officiating. A public visitation will be on Monday from 11 until 1 at the funeral home.

Mr. Norwood was born in Alabama on December 24, 1938. He was retired from general maintenance with Goodyear Manufacturing.

Mr. Norwood is survived by his Wife; Catherine Minshew Norwood of Boaz, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Tina Norwood Jenkins and Andrew of Boaz, Jennifer Norwood Maddox and Randall of Crossville and Jana Norwood Ponder and Paul of Horton, 6 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson, 4 Great Granddaughters and 2 Great Grandsons.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Jenkins, Randall Maddox, Paul Ponder, Will Jolley, Jay Alsup and Westley Bynum.

The family will accept flowers or suggests donation to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 62 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
