Mr. Richard Dean “Richie” Hamilton, Jr., age 48, of Joppa, Alabama formerly of Boaz, died on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Marshall Medical Center North.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Hillcrest Cemetery. There will not be a formal visitation.

Mr. Hamilton was born in California on May 5, 1978, to Teresa McAdams Hamilton & Richard Dean Hamilton, Sr. He was a line worker in plastics manufacturing.

Mr. Hamilton is survived by his Parents: Teresa & Richard Dean Hamilton, Sr. of Boaz, Sister: Tracy Hamilton of Boaz, Fiancé: Sandra of Joppa and 4 Step-sons.
