Mrs. Patsy Silvey Buchanan, age 66, of Martin Road, Boaz, died Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Marshall Medical Center South.

Service will be Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in McRae Chapel with Bro. Nick Bayne, Bro. Richard Soper and Bro. Matt Mullinax officiating. Interment will follow in the Forrest Home Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from noon until service time. The family request adherence to the current health restricts of masks and social distancing. Mrs. Buchanan was born in Alabama on November 2,1954 to Mack & Vernell Black Silvey. She was retired from Federal Mogul. She is survived by her Husband: Joey Buchanan of Boaz, Sons: Luke ( Amy) Duke and Chad (Tana) Buchanan all of Boaz, Daughter: Rachel (Matt) Mullinax of Sardis, Grandchildren: Saarah Buchanan, Cody Buchanan, Sawyer Mullinax, Andrew Duke, Wyatt Duke and Silas Mullinax, Sisters: Marie (Earl) Lybrand and Sharon (Donald) West all of Boaz , Brother: Jimmy Silvey & Dean Bowers of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Mack & Vernell Silvey, Sisters: Maxine Magill and Avril Cole (Boots).

Pallbearers will be Josh Lybrand, Jake Lybrand, Jerry Buchanan, Sawyer Mullinax, Cody Buchanan & Matt Mullinax. Honorary Pallbearers will be Andrew Duke, Wyatt Duke and Silas Mullinax.
