Patricia E. Brooks, 63, of Monteagle, Tennessee, formerly of Boaz, died Monday, June 21, 2016 at The Bridge of Monteagle Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dustin Young and Bro. Kerry Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service.
She is survived by her caretakers McCoy & Delores Tibbitt of Boaz.
She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey J. & Rochell Wilson Brooks and brother Wayne Brooks.
Pallbearers will be Mike Fielder, Carlos Fielder, Craig Waldrep, and Kenny Clark.
