Minnie Holland

Mrs. Minnie Lou Holland, age 83 of Moman Road, Horton, Alabama, died on Friday, December 17, 2021, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.

Funeral service will be held at two o’clock pm on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Douglas First Baptist Church, Douglas with Bro. Chuck Knight, Bro. Tony Holland and Bro. Justin Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Douglas Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from noon until service time at the church.

Mrs. Holland was born in Alabama on September 14, 1938, to Cecil and Veola Goss Hanson. She was a retired salesclerk. Mrs. Holland is survived by her Husband: Wayne Holland of Horton, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Bro. Tony & Judy Holland of Horton, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Debra & Charlie Lang of Rainbow City, 5 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jason Smith, Mark Sampson, Tommy Camp, Jarrod Sampson, Justin Smith and Noah Smith.
