Mae Ingram

Mrs. Mae Ingram, age 97, of Boaz, Alabama died on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at her residence.

A Funeral service will be held at two o’clock pm on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the McRae Chapel with Bro. Scottie Tarvin & Bro. Paul Lackey officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethsaida Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 12:00pm – 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ingram was born in Alabama on May 6, 1929, to William Henry & Ida Bell Martin Gaylor Powell, she was raised from six weeks old by Ezra & Pearl Balenger. Mrs. Ingram retired from Hammers in Boaz & Albertville with 40 + years.

Mrs. Ingram is survived by her Daughter: Carolita Gabriel of Northport. Sons: Don Ingram, Tim Ingram both of Boaz. Grandchildren: Chad (Tonya) Gabriel, Timothy E. Ingram, Holleigh Hayes (Micheal Pederson). Great Grandchildren: Christian Simmons, Isla Gaberial, Violet Gaberial, Olive Gaberial, Hadleigh Hayes, Ben Johnson. Niece: Jesca Roberts. A Host of Nieces & Nephews.

Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by her Parents: William Henry & Ida Bell Powell, Ezra & Pearl Balenger. Husband: Benisdene “Benny” Ingram. Son: Danny Ingram. Brother: William Joseph Powell. Sister: Willene Gilliland. Step-Brother: Paul Gaylor. Step-Sisters: Bonnie G. Ingram, Ruby G. Lee, Gladys “Judy” Gaylor.

Pallbearers will be Chad Gabriel, Christian Simmons, Jimmy Taylor, Micheal Pederson, Jordan Roberts, Ricky Ray.

Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Knight, Dennis Barnes.
