Ms. Lynda Emerson, age 80, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the McRae Chapel with Bro. Josh Brogdon officiating. Interment will be 1:00 pm on Monday in the Shottsville Community Church Cemetery in Vina, Alabama. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
Ms. Emerson was born in Alabama on June 8, 1945, to Norman Theodore & Argo Kennedy Emerson. She was retired from the Alabama Department of Health.
Ms. Emerson is survived by her God Children: Christian Chaw, Dennis & Jennifer Chaw all of Horton. Brother: Norman Emerson of Marion County. Nephew: Kevin & Vickie Emerson of Guin. Great Neice: Heather & Dylan Cornelius of Guin.
Mr. Emerson was preceded in death by her Parents: Norman Theodore & Argo Emerson. Brother: Douglas Emerson.
