Mr. Kenneth Horton, age 78, of Williams Road, Boaz died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Service will be held at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Heath Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in the Sardis Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. McRae Funeral Home is directing.
Mr. Horton was born in Alabama on March 20, 1939 to Thomas & Alma Ruth Horton. He was retired from Wilbert Vault Company.
Mr. Horton is survived his Sons: Kenneth Oscar Horton, Jr., Timothy Lee Horton, Michael Alvin Horton, Byron Keith Horton and Randall Eugene Horton, Daughter: Teresa Annette Strickland, 18 Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren, Sister: Elaine Schafer, Uncles: Emery McDougal and Arthur McDougal. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Thomas & Alma Ruth Horton and Brother: Ronald Horton. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
