Karen “Memaw” Johnson, age 64, of Douglas, Alabama died October 11, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 3:00 PM at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Matt Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Douglas Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 1:00 pm until service time at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Johnson was born on February 23, 1955 to Edsel &Lorene Brothers Williams. She was a cake decorator and a full-time “Memaw” to all.

She is survived by her Husband: Dale Johnson of Douglas, Son: Daniel (Sri) Johnson of Birmingham, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Grace & Brian Butler and Jennifer & Scott Centers all of Douglas, 9 Grandchildren, Mother: Lorene Williams of Boaz, Brother: Roger Williams of Huntsville and Sister & Brother-in-Law: Janice & Doug Rhoades. She was preceded in death by her Father: Edsel Williams.

Pallbearers will be: Alan Rhoades, Ryan Williams, Brian Scott, Dakota Scott, Canyon Scott and Will Roberson.
