Julia McCormick Winchester

Mrs. Julia McCormick Winchester age 78 of Boaz, Alabama, died on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Marshall Medical Center South.

There will be a private memorial at a later date. A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Winchester was born in Etowah County, Alabama on October 5, 1944, to Tom & Lucille Chandler McCormick. She was a retired accountant for Mueller Company.

Mrs. Winchester is survived by her husband: Ray Winchester of Boaz; Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Stacy Watts, and Kristi Pair (David), and Byron Watts all of Boaz; Step-children: Jeff Winchester, Chuck Winchester (Laura) and Lavanda Honea (Greg); Grandchildren: Jamey Claburn (Krystal), Julia Nelson (Blake), Britni McClendon (Adam), Taylor Pair (Taylor), Jordan Landers (Sawyer), Will Pankey (Bailey), Scotty Miller, Kris Winchester, and Rachel Kelly; 7 Great Grandchildren; Brother: Earl  McCormick (Lou Ann); Sister: Clara Davis (Tony) all  of Boaz and special niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Tom & Lucille McCormick and Sister: Jeanette Ledbetter (Ronnie).
