Mr. Mastin was born in Alabama May 26, 1929 to Frank Turner Mastin, Sr. and Ruth Petree Mastin. He was co-owner of Mastin Electrical Contractors.
He is survived by his Sons and Daughters-in-Law: John M. Mastin, Jr. & Chris of Atlanta, Michael D. & Lindy Mastin of Albertville and David Francis & Jennifer Peszka of Conway, Arkansas, Daughter: Cynthia M. Coleman of Tennessee, 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Frank Turner Mastin, Sr. and Ruth Petree Mastin, Wife: Frances Mastin and Brother: Frank T. "Speedy" Mastin.
