Mrs. Jean Marie Hallmark Godfrey, age 84 of Brown Street, Boaz, died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Shepherd's Cove.
Service will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Whitesboro Baptist Church with interment in Whitesboro Cemetery. Bro. Ricky Haygood, Bro. Alan Hallmark and Bro. Cobb Hallmark will be officiating. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Monday evening 6 - 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Godfrey is survived by her Husband of 67 years: Johnie Gofrey of Boaz, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Gary Lee & Donna Godfrey of Cleveland, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Brenda & Keith Carroll of Gallant, Sherrie & Jerry Elkins of Albertville and Shunnie & Edward Stanfield of Boaz, 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter, Sisters & Brother-in-Law: Dorothy Sue Whitt and Carolyn Jane & Thomas Shields all of Whitesboro and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jared Godfrey, Todd Carroll, Heath Stanfield, Trevor Stanfield, Jason Davis, Levi Davis, Avery Carroll and Adam Howard.
The family is accepting flowers or suggests donations to Hospice of Marshall County.
