Mr. James Keyth Painter, 72, of Bethsaida Road, Boaz, Alabama, died Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Huntsville Hospital.
Service will be held at Two o'clock p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 at McRae Chapel with interment to follow in the Happy Hill Cemetery. Bro. Steve Young and Bro. Jerry Holland will be officiating. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6 until 8 at the Funeral Home
Mr. Painter was born in Alabama on Sept. 10, 1943 to James Hoffard & Verta Lee Hubbard Painter. He was a retired grain inspector for the State of Alabama.
Mr. Painter is survived by his Wife: Judy Painter of Boaz, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Denise & Steve Baird of Boaz, Marla Painter of Boaz and Diane & Ryan Teal of Gulf Shores, Step-Sons & Daughter-in-Law: Charles & Tammy Painter of Guntersville, Mike Hollingsworth of Alder Springs and Jeff Hollingsworth of Huntsville, 10 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, Sister: Rose Roberts of Boaz, his Niece: Sonya Painter and Nephews: Cameron Todd and Cory Todd. He was preceded in death by his Parents and a Sister: Marie Talton.
Pallbearers will be Nick Maples, Cory Todd, Casey Cooley, Ross Amos, Chaz Roden and Kyle Rosenbauer.
