Jackie Dean Maddox

Mr. Jackie Dean Maddox age 77, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock am on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Wes Lowrey officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9 o’clock am until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Maddox was born in Alabama on December 28, 1948, to J. D & Ruby Blocker Maddox.

Mr. Maddox is survived by his Brothers: Ricky & Cathy Maddox of Sardis, Jeffery & Kay Maddox of Boaz, and Mark & LeAnn Maddox of Boaz, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: J. D. & Ruby Maddox and Brother: Aaron Maddox.

Pallbearers will be Justin Maddox, Nathan Maddos, Ty Zackery, Cayson Zackery, Dillon Hopper, and Dillon Owens.
