Mr. Herbert H. Sanders, 84, of Boaz, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center South. Service will be at Three o'clock p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016 at McRae Chapel with Bro. Tony Holcomb officiating. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Wednesday from two until funeral time at the funeral home. Mr. Sanders was born in Alabama on April 29, 1932 to Lonnie & Artha Miller Sanders. He was a the retired owner of North and South Appliance.
Mr. Sanders is survived by his wife: Bonnie Sanders of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Lonnie & Joy Sanders of Tennessee, Mark & Beverly Sanders of Boaz and Chris & Jill Sanders of Arkansas, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Jackie & Ron Lankford of Florida, Grandchildren: Lauren & Caleb Brown, Kyle Sanders, Hudson Sanders, Cameron Sanders, Frances Lankford and Autumn Sanders, Sisters: Margie Thrash of Albertville, Linda Petteway of Florida and Miriam Thom of Boaz. He was preceded in death by his wife: Jean Sanders.
