Helen Sauls Jones

Mrs. Helen Sauls Jones, age 94, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Crossville Health Care.

A private funeral service will be held at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones was born in Crossville, Alabama on February 23, 1929, to William Elliott & Nellie Pearl Hooper Sauls. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her Sons: Troy Roger Jones & Joyce, Phillip Aaron Jones & Syble, Mark Anson Jones & Sherry all of Boaz, and Jonathan Robert Jones & Wendy, of Crossville, Daughters: Angie Craig & Larry of Boaz, Sherry Riley of Georgia, Rhonda Stamps & Leslie of Madison, and Dawn Jones of Boaz, 16 Grandchildren and Host of Great Grandchildren, and Sister: Sheila Morgan of Boaz She was preceded in death by her parents  and Husband: Rev. Robert Jones.

Honorary pallbearers will be Grandchildren, Michael Jones, Nathan Milam, Heath Jones, Jeremy Jones, Joshua Jones, Reid Riley, Matthew Riley, Derek Jones, Jon Mark Jones, Abaigail Jones, Isabel Jones, Amy Gamble, Anna Claire Vollers, Katie Stamps, Malia Jones, Brigit Phillips, Rachael Todd, and Emily Grace Jones.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Paul Methodist Church, P.O. Box 584, Boaz, AL 35957 or to Hospice of North Alabama, 2905 Westcorp Blvd SW #116, Huntsville, AL 35805.
