Ms. Grace Allison Allen age 96, of Montgomery, Alabama, died Thursday, June 23, 2016.
Graveside service will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz, Alabama with Bro. Tommy Pierce officiating. McRae Funeral Home is directing.
Ms. Allen was born in Georgia on February 5, 1920 to John Lafayette & Inez Allison. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker.
Ms. Allen is survived by her daughter-in-law Cecelia Allen of Montgomery; grandchildren Jennifer Allen & Scott Perkins of Suwanee, Georgia and Loy Hughes Allen, III of Montgomery; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Loy Hughes Allen; son Loy Hughes Allen, Jr.; bothers William Allison and Buck Allison; sisters Ruby Maddox, Louise Stargel, Cora Leigh Quinn, and Clara Dolson.
Family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shepherds Cove - Hospice of Marshall County or First Baptist Church Boaz.
