Gayron Brooks

Mrs. Gayron Brooks, 66, of Central Henderson Road, Boaz, Alabama, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015 at her residence.

Service will be Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel with Bro. Wayne White and Bro. Steve Young officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brooks was born in Alabama on March 18, 1949 to Charles & Ruby Collins Bright. She was the retired former owner of Albertville Wood Products. Mrs. Brooks is survived by her Husband: David Brooks of Boaz, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Steve & Amanda Allen of Boaz, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Teresa & Stuart Mitchell of Albertville, Step-Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Steven & Kara Brooks of North Carolina and Paul & Christi Malone of Guntersville, Grandchildren: Adam Allen, Matt Allen, Destin Wells, Step-Grandchildren: Marrin Brooks, Caleb Malone, Joshua Malone, Alexis Malone and Jonathon Wells, Brothers: Rayburn Bright of Boaz and Ronald Bright of Oregon, Sisters: Mary Ann Walker of Sardis and Linda Kight of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her Father: Chester Bright and Mother: Ruby Collins Bright.

Pallbearers will Steven Brooks, Paul Malone, Heath Moore, Ronnie VanAlphen, Tim McCormick, Shannon Bright, Phillip Walker and Donnie Pounds. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Employees of Albertville Wood Products.
