Gaynell Murdock Bearden

Mrs. Gaynell Murdock Bearden, age 88, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Diversacare of Boaz. 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at One o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Ray “Red” Rowan and Bro. Jamie Perigo officiating. Interment will follow in the Aurora Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, from noon until service time at the funeral home.

 Mrs. Bearden was born in Alabama on May 19, 1936, to Glen Murdock, Sr and Pauline Roberson Murdock. She worked for Goldkist.

 Mrs. Bearden is survived by her Brother: Myron & Linda Murdock of Boaz and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Glenn Murdock, Sr and Pauline and Husband: Jerry Bearden.

 Pallbearers will be Terry Murdock, Nathan Scott, Alan Scott, Robby Roberson, Clay Benson, and Dwayne Franks. 

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Affinity Hospice.
