Gail Christie

Mrs. Gail Christie, age 69, of Boaz, entered heaven to meet her Lord & Savior on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Riverview Regional Medical Center.

 A Memorial Service will be 10 am Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Buck’s Pocket Lookout, if Raining services will be at The Sand Mountain Cowboy Church with Bro. Michael Marsh officiating.

Mrs. Christie was born in Alabama on May 30, 1956, to John Howard & Thelma McNeil Frey. Gail was a retired Librarian with the Veterans Affairs in Birmingham. Gail was a born-again Christian. She is whole and dancing with the Lord.

Mrs. Christie is survived by her Husband: Russell Christie of Boaz. Step-Daughter: Heather & James Woods of Albertville. Step-Son: Dr. Andrew & Jamie Christie of Grove Oak. Step-Grandchildren: Garrett Christie, Alyssa Christie, Eli Christie. Brother: Mike & Debbie Frey of Trussville. A host of Nieces & Nephews.

Mrs. Christie was preceded in death by her Parents: John Howard & Thelma Frey.
