Mrs. Ethel P. Romano, age 88, of Attalla formerly of Boaz, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016 at McRae Chapel with interment in the Memory Hill Cemetery. Carrol Sutton will be officiating. Family will receive friends Friday morning from 10:00 until service time at the funeral home. McRae Funeral Home is directing.
Mrs. Romano was born in West Virginia on December 6, 1927 to Harvey & Maggie Lovell Parnell. She was a retired credit manager.
Mrs. Romano is survived her Sons & Daughters-in-law: Roger & Betty Yates of Attalla and Mickey & Thelma Yates of Florida, Daughters & Son-in-Law: Shirley & Jerry Spears of Tennessee and Vicki Moffett of Texas, 8 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren, Brother & Sister-in-Law: Joseph & Doris Parnell of Virginia and Sister: Dorothy Brooks of Florida.
Pallbearers will be Roger Yates, Mickey Yates, Ryan Yates, Taylor Bethea, Joseph Parnell and Byron Pledger.
