Mr. Dwight Allen Cole age 58, of Scenic Highway, Gadsden, Alabama formerly of Boaz, died Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Hammonds and Bro. Billy Boatwright officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Gadsden. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Cole was born in Alabama on Oct. 15, 1953 to John Narlan & Imogene Watkins Cole. He was a retired Drywall Contractor.
Mr. Cole is survived by his: Wife: Carol Lanette Stewart Cole of Gadsden, Sons & daughters-in-Law: Scott & Catina Stewart, Jon & Leann Cole, all of Boaz and Jeff & Traci Stewart of Auburn, Daughters & Son-in-Law: Lori Dixon of Gadsden and Ashley & Nathan Teal of Sardis, 9 Grandchildren, Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Dawlon & Leanitta Cole and Gary & Nancy Cole all of Georgia, Sisters & Brothers-in-Law: Ruby & Jerry Ward of Boaz, Norma & Johnny Elliott of Gadsden, Genice & Rickey King of Tennessee, Janice & Gary White of Sardis, Sandra & Jerry Howell and Lynn & John Washburn all of Hokes Bluff, Stepmother: Carol Ann Cole of Boaz. He was preceded in death by his Parents: John Narlan Cole and Imogene Watkins Cole and Brother: Jerry Cole. Pallbearers will be his nephews: Keith McCormick, Chris Roden, Adam Washburn, Jeremy Howell, Josh Howell, Gary Cole, Jr. Edward Cole and Bryan Cole.
