Mrs. Dedreia Ann McRae Maze age 51, Merrimac Dr., Piedmont, Alabama, died Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
An evening service will be held Monday, June 25, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home, Piedmont, Alabama with Bro. Matt Turner officiating. Visitation will be 4 - 7 prior to the service. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at McRae Funeral Home Chapel, Boaz with Bro. Greg Stone officiating with interment to follow in Arab Memorial Cemetery, Arab. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10- 2 at McRae Funeral Home. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements. The Family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Lozahatchee Scholarship Fund.
Mrs. Maze was born in Guntersville, Alabama on January 18, 1961 to Ronald & Shirley Kelsoe McRae. She was a medical receptionist for Dr. Ulrich in Piedmont.
Mrs. Maze is survived by her: Husband: Terry Maze of Piedmont, Mother & Step-father: Shirley & Alton Hunt of Boaz, Brother & Sister-in-Law: Timothy H. & Melissa McRae of Boaz, Special Nieces and Nephew: Suzette, Sarah & Seth Lawrence all of Piedmont, Stepbrother & sister-in-Law: Jeff & Jackie Hunt of Arab, Step-sisters & Brothers-in-Law: Pam & Chris Green of Royal and Lisa & Glenn Vanzandt of Birmingham and several step nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Members of the Lozahatchee Lodge # 97 and Seth Lawrence. Honorary Pallbearers will be Members of the OES Lozahatchee #99.
