Danny Joe Wilson

Mr. Danny Joe Wilson, age 68, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at his residence. 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at two o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Greg Parrish officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. A visitation will be on Saturday December 7, 2024, from noon until service time at the funeral home.

 Mr. Wilson was born in Boaz, Alabama on September 12, 1956, to Bobby & Carolyn Moore Wilson. He was a proud Army Veteran and retired postal worker. 

 Mr. Wilson is survived by his Wife: Choe Wilson of Boaz, Son: Bobby & Taylor Wilson of Boaz, Daughters: Tammy Hamilton (Clint Smith) of Boaz, Brandy & Jeremy Brooks of Gadsden, and April & Sloan Limbaugh of Boaz, Grandchildren: Chadan, Toby, & Tyson Hamilton, Jordan Brooks, Ella, Norah, & Dylan Limbaugh, Tyson Doster, Sawyer, Cooper & Millie Wilson, Sisters: Sandy Smith and Candice & Mark Smith all of Boaz. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Bobby & Carolyn Wilson and Sister: Connie Mitchell. 

The pallbearers will be Jeremy Brooks, Sloan Limbaugh, Mark Smith, Ryan Smith, and Clint Smith.
