Charlotte Dodd Johnson

Mrs. Charlotte Dodd Johnson, age 92 of Boaz, Alabama, died on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in Beaufort, South Carolina.

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm on Thursday, June 6, 2024,

in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. There will not be a formal visitation.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Rome, Georgia on May 6, 1932, to Jesse & Johnie Ruth Collins Dodd. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her Son: Stephen Johnson of Boaz, Daughters: Debra Schlotzhauer of South Carolina and Deanne Pool of Florida, 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Harlon Johnson and Daughter: Donna Johnson.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, 408 Martling Road, AL 35951.
