Charles "Chuck" Rigsby

Mr. Charles “Chuck” Rigsby, age 62, of Albertville, Alabama died on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at one o’clock pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Connect Church of Guntersville with Bro. Dustin Teat officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from eleven o’clock am until service time at the church.

Mr. Rigsby was born in Alabama on August 2, 1963, to Jack and Geraldine Plunkett Rigsby. He was a retired line foreman with 30 years of service with MUB of Albertville. After retirement, he worked for Corbitt Power and Light as well as Sparks Energy Inc.

Mr. Rigsby is survived by his wife: Beth Rigsby of Albertville, Sons: Kyle & Cathy Rigsby of Maryland and Cooper Scott of Albertville, Daughters: Zoie & Taylor Downey of Leeds, Emma Scott of California and Maddie & Nathan Jenkins of Baileyton, Grandchild: August Downey, Mother: Geraldine Plunkett Rigsby of Boaz, Brother: Craig & Connie Rigsby of Boaz. He was preceded in death by his father: Jack Rigsby and Granddaughter: Walker Ann Jenkins.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Rigsby, Cooper Scott, Taylor Downey, Christian Ramirez, Craig Graben, and Bill Elkins.
