Charles Heflin

Mr. Charles Heflin, age 86, of Boaz, died on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock pm in the chapel of McRae Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Heflin was born in Alabama on July 16, 1935, Dana & Barbara Burns Heflin. He was retired from the U.S Postal Service.

Mr. Heflin is survived by his Wife: Freida Heflin of Boaz. Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jonathan & Stacy Heflin of Louisiana. Grandsons: Cameron Heflin & Grady Heflin. Sister & Brother-in-Law: Bonnie & Jackie Gary of Albertville. Niece: Leann Gary.

Mr. Heflin was preceded in death by his Parents: Dana & Barbara Heflin. Brother: Robert Heflin.

Pallbearers will be: Ron Buchanan, Kenny Griffin, Frank Mason, James Toniette, Chris Beck, Matt Remson.

Family will accept flowers or donations to St. Paul United Methodist Church Family Ministry.
