 Mr. Buchanan is survived by his Wife: Tana Buchanan of Boaz, Daughter: Saarah Buchanan of Boaz. Son: Cody Buchanan of Boaz. Father: Joey & Angie Buchanan of Boaz. Sister: Rachel & Matt Mullinax of Sardis. Step-Sister: Miranda Humphrey of Boaz. Grandfather: James Buchanan of Boaz.

 Mr. Buchanan was Preceded in death by his Mother: Martha Buchanan. Grandparents: H.V. & Jimmie McDowell, Willodean Buchanan.
