Ms. Moore is survived by her Son: Joe Van Kilpatrick & Amy Cassels of Boaz. 5 Grandchildren.

Ms. Moore was Preceded in death by her Mother: Wilma Jane Cheney. Father: D.C. Moore. Son: Jon Kilpatrick.
