Betty Ann Parkhill

Mrs. Betty Ann Parkhill, age 68, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2 o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Sis. Anita Clay, Bro. Jeremy Wallace and Bro. Jerry Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. A visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 10:30 am until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Parkhill was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 5, 1956, to Billie & Opal Saint Harris. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Parkhill is survived by her Husband: James Parkhill of Boaz, Daughter: Stacy & Bobby Atchley of Horton, Grandchildren: Jenny (Zachary) Brown, Ronny Brazier, Serenity King, Mackenzie Lowery, and Braxton Goble, Brothers: Jimmy Harris of New Market, Alfred (Shelia) Harris of Boaz and Roger Harris of Arab, Special Niece and Nephew: Amber (Shawn) Lowery and Adam Bearden. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Billie & Opal Saint Harris, Sisters: Billie Jean Harris Miller and Dale Harris Wooten.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Atchley, Ronny Brazier, Shawn Lowery, Adam Bearden, Joe Hansford, and Zachary Brown.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice or to the WMB at The Church of God.
