Betty Jean Brown

Mrs. Betty Jean Brown, age 92, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 3:00 pm at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charlie Alldredge and Bro. Daniel Waid officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 1:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown was born in Alabama on April 26, 1932, to Fairest & Jewel Roden Garrett. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her Sons: Kenny Brown (Tonya Brown) and Michael & Diana Brown all of Boaz, Grandchildren: Kyle Brown (Lindsey), Drew Brown (Haley), Haley Brown and Caelan Brown, Great Grandchildren: Audrey Brown, Kole Brown, and Ben Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents: Fairest Garrett & Jewel Garrett Patterson and husband: Elmus Brown.

Pallbearers will Kyle Brown, Drew Brown, Caelan Brown, Jarron Hardnick, Dan Vinson, and David Tarvin.
