Betty Alexander

Mrs. Betty Alexander, age 85, of Boaz died on Monday, February 12, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Alexander was born in Alabama on August 29, 1932 to I.D. & Jewel Kidd Broadwell.

Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at McRae Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Doyce Putman officiating with burial to follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at McRae Funeral Home.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by her Sons: Jackie (Rose) Alexander, Johnny (Marilyn) Alexander, Dennie Alexander & Tommy (Robin) Alexander all of Boaz. Daughter: Cynthia Johnson of Boaz. 13 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren & 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. Numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her Husband: Leon J. Alexander. Parents: I.D. & Jewel Broadwell. Brother: Jimmy Broadwell. Sister: Doris Edmondson. Grandchildren: Lee Jay Alexander, Jody Dobbins & Lance Alexander. Great Granddaughter: Karminda Kyle.

Pallbearers will be: Shane Alexander, Jaylon Alexander, Jonah Alexander, Jonathan Alexander, Zach Alexander, Teague Alexander, J.D. Gallaway, Logan Dempsey, Tyler Gaylor, Drea Kyle, Nathan Gilbert, Mason Alexander & Landen Alexander,
