Amber Patterson

Mrs. Amber Patterson, age 34, of Albertville, Alabama, died on Friday, December 26th, 2025, at Marshall Medical Center South.

Mrs. Patterson was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 19th, 1991, to Michael A. Gosciejew and Melissa Nix.

Mrs. Patterson is survived by her Husband: Ian Patterson, Brother: Blake McMickin of Albertville. Father. Michael A. Gosciejew of Chicago. Grandfather: Michael H. Gosciejew of Chicago. Mother-in-Law: Tami Patterson of Albertville & Father-in-Law: John Patterson of Gatlinburg.

Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her Mother: Melissa Nix. Grandfather: Donal Nix.

Amber was the kindest, most selfless person. She was always willing to lend a hand to those who needed her even to her own detriment. She was so loved by those that were close to her, and she positively impacted so many lives. She was pursuing her Master’s degree in education to further her passion for teaching. She believed that education was the key to enhancing the lives of people and enabling them to succeed in the world. Her love for dogs, especially her own, Ellie, Baxter, Auggie, and Nero was absolutely unmatched. She never met a puppy who would remain a stranger to her. Her legacy will be carried by those who had the great fortune of knowing her as we try to live up to the example she put forth for us.
