Mrs. Alice Faye Smith age 63 of Boaz, died on Tuesday, June 5, 2019 at Marshall Medical Center South.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Smith was born in Alabama on December 25, 1955 to Brownlow Tilton & Lavelle Teal Smith. She was a retired nurse.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her Husband: Grady D. Smith of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Scott & Staci Smith of Boaz and Chris & Lindsey Smith of Boaz, Grandsons: Derek Smith, Taylor Brownlow Smith and Owen Grey Smith, Brother: Allan Smith of Huntsville.
